Job summary

Administrative Office of the Courts in Albuquerque, NM is recruiting a full-time IT Specialist to join the statewide IT Service Desk. The role focuses on Tier 1 technical support, user account management, and collaboration on court software implementations.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or related field, experience with operating systems and networks, and familiarity with security patching. Occasional travel to remote locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, or related field required.
• Experience in IT support or help desk environment preferred.
• Knowledge of operating systems, software, drivers, and security patching beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 technical support to courts statewide.
• Manage user accounts and data processing for court functions.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain computer hardware and software.
• Coordinate across departments on projects and software implementations.
• Travel to remote judicial entities to provide on-site support.
