Qualifications

• High school graduate; IT-related degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Associates degree in IT or related field or equivalent experience.
• Certifications: CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ or ITIL4 Foundation.
• 1 year of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Experience with Active Directory, Windows OS, networking basics, and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Administer and secure corporate endpoints, peripherals, and mobile devices.
• Manage user, group, and computer objects in ActiveDirectory; enforce access controls.
• Deploy hardware/software; set technology standards and runbooks.
• Monitor health system and deliver status/compliance reports.
• Track inventory of IT equipment, licenses, and warranties.
• Provide TierI/II support and on-site assistance as needed.
• Document fixes and share knowledge; maintain vendor relationships.
