D&H Distributing Co. is hiring a Sales Specialist to drive pipeline and achieve sales targets for assigned vendors. The role requires executing campaigns, managing opportunities, and building partner relationships within a hybrid setting based in either Harrisburg, PA or Tampa, FL.

Qualifications

• Proven IT prospecting, business development, sales and relationship management capabilities.
• Strong product knowledge and technical acumen for modern solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
• Solid understanding of cloud and MSP business models.

Responsibilities

• Achieve assigned quota targets and strategic objectives.
• Execute sales and marketing campaigns in a timely fashion.
• Manage metrics like activity, opportunity creation, win rates, and forecast accuracy.
• Identify and develop relationships with partners to drive revenue opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor resources to win opportunities.
• Articulate D&H Modern Solutions strategy and value proposition.
• Document partner information and build adequate pipeline to hit revenue goals.
• Maintain CRM pipeline and provide timely forecasts to leadership.
• Develop and maintain vendor relationships within the territory.
• Demonstrate strong business and technical acumen in solutions offerings.
• Drive results with urgency, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
