Job summary

Wipfli is seeking an IT Solution Consultant II to design and implement technology solutions for clients. The role can be performed 100% in person or in a hybrid setup with office visits in the Radnor, PA area, and about 15% travel to client sites in PA.

You will partner with clients to understand needs, craft roadmaps, and deliver Microsoft 365, Azure, Active Directory, SharePoint and cloud-based improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of technology solutions experience with client-facing work.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as a senior escalation resource for complex service desk issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assess client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, SharePoint, and cloud apps.
• Document client roadmaps, security reviews, and improvement plans with clear business impact.
• Lead recurring client maintenance and security reviews and analyze reports.
• Identify risks and opportunities; present actionable recommendations and solutions.
• Scope, price, and monitor project work plans, budgets, and timelines.
• Communicate status, risks, and options to project leadership and clients.
