Job summary

Wipfli LLP in the Radnor, PA area is seeking an IT Solution Consultant II who can work in a hybrid setting with occasional in-person client engagements. About 15% travel to client locations in PA is required.

You will develop and implement solutions for clients that are either consultative or technical in nature, focusing on Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, SharePoint, and related technologies, interfacing regularly with clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of technology solutions experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and Active Directory.
• Experience working with clients on-site; up to 15% travel to client locations within the U.S.
• Possesses or works towards obtaining appropriate advanced certifications.
• Demonstrated blend of technical expertise and consultative ability to assess needs and deliver value-driven solutions.

Responsibilities

• Act as a level-three escalation resource for complex service desk issues and coordinate resolutions.
• Assess client environments across Microsoft 365, Azure, AD, SharePoint, endpoints, servers, and cloud apps.
• Document and maintain client roadmaps, security reviews, and improvement plans with business impact.
• Lead client maintenance and security review discussions analyzing reports and roadmap progress.
• Identify risks and opportunities, and develop practical, actionable improvements.
• Scope, price, and monitor project work plans and deliverables for internal and client projects.
• Communicate cost, quality, schedule, and risks to project leader; update clients on status.
