The role blends system analysis, design, implementation, and ongoing support across registration, scheduling, HIM, billing, and related departments.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years PM experience, healthcare IT expertise, and strong leadership in large-scale system migrations and process improvements.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Experience with managing system selection, acquisition, and implementation projects.
• Experience with process redesign and process re-engineering methodologies and techniques.

Aufgaben

• Manages revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to go-live and provides ongoing support.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing teams.
• Plans, directs, and coordinates team activities, performance monitoring, and issue resolution.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and timely project reporting to the Director.
