KingRecruitingServices is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager for a Forbes top 100 hospital in Gratiot, OH. This role leads IT projects across revenue cycle and financial/operational systems.

The position is full-time and hybrid, onsite 50% of the time, with a salary range of $95,000–$125,000 and full benefits. Requires a BS in information systems, 4+ years PM experience, and healthcare IT expertise including Epic.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems and enterprise systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Strong oral/written communication skills and customer service skills.
• Experience with managing large and small system selection, system acquisition, system implementation projects.
• Experience with concepts and project and resource management for system acquisition, system design, system implementation, system development and system maintenance.
• Experience with process re-design and process re-engineering methodologies and techniques.

Aufgaben

• Manages and directly participates in revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects from analysis to support.
• Supervises daily operations of registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, and billing teams.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities and prioritizes team work.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and delivery.
• Develops weekly status reports for the Project Director.
• Applies Epic experience to team tasks and deliverables.
• Coordinates with clients and other divisions to provide integrated services.
• Stays current on IT principles and technologies.
