Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 4 years project management experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management and communication skills.
• Experience with system selection, acquisition, implementation projects.
• Experience with process re-design and re-engineering methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects.
• Coordinate system life cycle from requirements to go-live.
• Lead team schedules, track performance, resolve issues.
• Ensure integration of system configurations and high-quality deliverables.
• Provide proactive project management and risk assessment.
• Engage with clients to identify needs and requirements.
