Job summary

Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Revenue Cycle & Financial Systems Manager to lead IT projects in a healthcare setting in Gratiot, OH. This role blends revenue cycle expertise with enterprise system leadership, overseeing design, implementation, and optimization of financial and operational systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or equivalent experience.
• Five years of information systems experience and a minimum of three years of healthcare revenue cycle, financial and operational systems experience.
• Strong personnel management, project management, information systems project skills and technology management experience.
• Experience with managing large and small system selection, system acquisition, system implementation projects.

Responsibilities

• Manages and directly participates in the management of revenue cycle and financial/operational system projects, including analysis, design, implementation, and lifecycle support.
• Manages and directly supervises daily operations of the registration, scheduling, HIM, document imaging, hospital and ambulatory billing and other non-clinical system teams.
• Determines work schedules, monitors performance, resolves issues, and educates staff.
• Plans and manages day-to-day activities of teams, prioritizing tasks and meetings.
• Ensures integration of system configuration and coordinated design.
• Prepares summary team status reports and reviews with Project Director.
