Job summary

KMRG, LLC invites a Project Manager to support USCP/OIS. You will manage up to 10 IT projects within a PMO, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications. This hybrid role is based in Southwest Washington, DC 20003, with onsite first two months and ongoing flexible days.

The role requires PMP and Agile certifications, strong documentation, and proficiency with MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, and related dashboards to drive governance and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
• 5+ years of IT project management experience
• PMP certification and an Agile certification (CSM/PMI-ACP/PSM) required

Responsibilities

• Manage up to 10 IT projects of varying size and complexity
• Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and documentation
• Assist stakeholders in defining project scope, objectives, requirements, and delivery expectations
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and communications
• Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate
• Coordinate milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across projects
• Prepare status reports, dashboards, and briefings for governance and stakeholders
• Maintain PMO processes, templates, and reporting practices
• Coordinate project documentation within OIS collaboration environments
• Communicate status and issues clearly to appropriate audiences
• Support timely resolution of questions and dependencies through stakeholder coordination
