Job summary

KMRG, LLC is seeking a PMP-Certified Project Manager to support the United States Capitol Police (USCP) Office of Information Systems. You will oversee up to 10 IT projects within a structured PMO, coordinating scope, schedules, budgets, risks, and stakeholder communications.

The role requires a PMP and an Agile certification, a Bachelor's degree, and five years of IT project management experience. This is a hybrid position based in Southwest Washington, DC, with on-site work required initially.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
5+ years of experience managing IT projects of varying size and complexity.
PMP certification and an Agile certification (e.g., CSM, PMI-ACP, or PSM).

Responsibilities

Manage up to 10 IT projects of varying size and complexity.
Coordinate scope, schedules, budgets, risks, changes, and documentation within a PMO environment.
Maintain alignment with approved project scope, schedule, and budget with USCP OIS staff.
Apply Agile, Kanban, or Waterfall methodologies as appropriate.
Prepare clear project status reports and dashboards for management and stakeholders.
