Job summary

Medical Mutual is seeking an IT Project Manager I to help lead enterprise IT projects, align with Waterfall or Agile methods, and ensure on-time, in-budget delivery. You will collaborate with IT line managers, gather requirements, and support lifecycle processes across teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and familiarity with project management standards; PMI certification is a plus. This hybrid role is based in Ohio with onsite days at designated offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Familiar with IT project management standards and methodologies.
• PMI methodology certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all stages of IT projects with planning, implementation and monitoring.
• Develop methodology plans with resources, milestones and timelines.
• Provide project communications and resolve issues with sponsors or product owners.
• Identify risks and mitigations and support process improvements.
