Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT Technical project management experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum SDLC
• Vendor management experience and requirements gathering
• Ability to communicate technically complex IT concepts
• Experience in P&C with underwriting/claims systems a plus
• Data integration and data quality project experience a plus
• Collaborate with technical teams, business partners and vendors
• Experience deploying in cloud environments (AWS/GCP/Azure) a plus

Responsibilities

• Establishs and maintains strong relationships with IT senior leadership and managers
• Lead project planning, estimation, negotiation and delivery
• Identify risks and issues and work with IT leaders to mitigate them
• Document requirements, create diagrams/Prototypes, review specs and support UAT
• Develop business and technical requirements and specifications
• Support system design, SQL reports, QA and UAT
• Manage change control considering priorities, schedule and budget
• Produce detailed metrics and status reports for leadership
• Coordinate with offshore developers and external vendors
• Participate in establishing best practices, templates and tools
• Track issues through JIRA and report sprint progress
• Other daily IT department activities
