Job summary

Medical Mutual seeks an IT Project Manager I–IV to support enterprise projects in a hybrid role based in Brooklyn, OH or Dublin, OH. The role emphasizes adherence to MMO project standards, collaboration across teams, and ongoing process improvement.

On-site days are required at the Brooklyn headquarters. Responsibilities include planning, executing, monitoring activities, and maintaining clear communications with sponsors and stakeholders while managing risks and changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems or equivalent work experience.
• Appropriate methodology certification preferred as offered through PMI.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project management methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing all stages of IT projects with planning, implementing and monitoring activities.
• Provide business analysis by understanding business needs and identifying IT solutions.
• Resolve issues, address changes and identify risks; communicate project status to sponsors.
