Job summary

Medical Mutual, based in Ohio, seeks a Sr Project Manager to lead enterprise projects and teams within our defined PM standards. Roles may involve Waterfall, Hybrid, Scrum or Kanban, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.

The role requires coordinating cross-functional efforts, guiding team members, and driving process improvements while maintaining confidentiality and governance. Brooklyn, OH is the HQ with hybrid onsite days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Health Administration or related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5 years of experience managing projects using a formal methodology life cycle.
• Experience with data analysis and presentation skills.
• Professional Certification through PMI is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and/or Agile methodologies/processes.
• Advanced knowledge of the applications development life cycle and infrastructure processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage all stages of the projects assigned with management support, including planning, implementing and monitoring activities.
• Work with line managers and team members to develop methodology plans with tasks, resources, milestones, cost analysis and timelines.
• Provide all levels of project communications and work with sponsors or product owners to resolve issues and identify risks.
• Conduct business analysis with stakeholders to identify alternative technical and design solutions.
• Contribute to ongoing project leadership process improvement through peer reviews.
• Provide education on project leadership practices to other managers and staff.
