Job summary

Top Prospect Group seeks an IT Solutions Specialist- Change Management & Transformation to lead change initiatives across North America. The role supports transformational projects by coaching IT delivery teams and business partners, enabling effective adoption of new processes and software.

Training planning and delivery for impacted users.
Ability to coach IT delivery teams and business partners.

Responsibilities

Serve as the change agent and coach to support transformational projects impacting the North American region.
Create a structured change management approach deployable across projects and obtain buy-in from senior managers to end users.
Ensure change management pillars: communications, stakeholder management, training plan, risks & resistance management.
Implement change assessments to tailor activities for system/process and end users.
Create and distribute change communications to partners and senior managers throughout the project lifecycle.
Develop post-launch plans to ensure adoption and utilization of new processes and software.
Define and measure success metrics for change readiness and adjust approach as needed.
Report on progress of change management activities across the project lifecycle.
