Job summary

BayCare Clinic is seeking an IT Project Coordinator Intern to join our Information Technology team in Green Bay, WI. This part-time role supports project managers by creating documentation, tracking milestones, and coordinating meetings.

The position offers hybrid work with some onsite at our corporate headquarters. Ideal candidates are pursuing IT or CS degrees, have coursework in PM or infrastructure, and are proficient with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in IT/CS or related field.
• Completed coursework in PM, Infrastructure, or Applications development.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and updating project documentation and templates (charters, closure reports, communication plans).
• Help track project milestones and deliverables using project management tools.
• Support the preparation and distribution of project status reports.
• Schedule and coordinate project meetings; assist with agendas and meeting notes.
• Maintain project calendars and assist with resource tracking.
• Log risks and issues and escalate to project managers as needed.
• Help ensure documentation complies with organizational standards.
• Participate in team meetings and shadow project managers to learn coordination best practices.
• Assist with change request documentation and routing.
• Provide clerical and administrative support to project managers (e.g., formatting documents, data entry).
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to compliance and ethical standards.
