Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in a discipline related to the assigned area.
• 4+ years of project and/or resource management experience with an emphasis on multi-disciplinary projects, systems and/or teams.

Responsibilities

• Leads small teams of individuals including managing recruitment, retention, staffing plans, and performance accountability.
• Manages operational readiness of existing systems and services.
• Develops and maintains effective lines of communication with IT and business leaders to ensure projects deliver benefits.
