Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management.
• Comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholder groups.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, status reports, and execution trackers across active initiatives.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements, document decisions, and track dependencies.
• Facilitate or support meetings, standups, and working sessions.
• Monitor risks and issues and elevate to Project Leaders as needed.
• Support planning, readiness, and change activities tied to initiative rollout.
