Job summary

Turnberry Solutions is seeking a Project Coordination professional in St. Louis, MO, to manage project plans, reports, and trackers across active initiatives.

The role requires coordinating with business and technical stakeholders and supporting meetings, standups, and sessions. The ideal candidate has 2-4 years in project coordination/pm, with experience in Agile and Waterfall, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Jira/Clarity.

Duration: FTE

Location: MO-St. Louis, Hybrid 3-4 days onsite

Responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, status reports, and execution trackers across active initiatives
• Coordinate with stakeholders, business and/or technical, to gather requirements, document decisions, and track dependencies
• Facilitate or support meetings, standups, and working sessions
• Monitor risks and issues and elevate to Project Leaders as needed
• Support planning, readiness, and change activities tied to initiative rollout

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination or project management
• Comfortable working across both business and technical stakeholder groups
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project methodologies
• Strong organizational skills and clear written and verbal communication
• Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira, Clarity, or similar preferred

The salary range for this role is $62,000 to $85,000 or the hourly equivalent.
