Job summary

BCforward is seeking an IT Program Manager III in Charlotte, NC for a 12-month contract. The role is hybrid, requiring a minimum of three onsite days per week. The position focuses on planning, reporting, governance, and documentation across technology initiatives.

Key qualifications include advanced Excel, Tableau, JIRA, and Confluence experience, plus strong analytical and communication skills to drive remediation and program success.

Qualifications

• Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and charts.
• Ability to analyze and manipulate substantial datasets to surface insights and trends.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with an eye for detail.
• Experience with Tableau reporting, including datasets and dashboards.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence for project tracking and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan tracking and ensure plan dates are entered in the system of record within SLA.
• Provide weekly inventory updates to application teams and deliver ad hoc analysis.
• Support governance by supplying data inputs and progressing changes through required governance.
• Create and maintain procedure documents related to assigned duties.
