Job summary

BCforward is seeking an Application Architect III for onsite support of the AI Copilot Agent Framework in Charlotte, NC or Addison, TX. You will transform complex datasets into governance insights, develop executive-ready dashboards, and maintain advanced Excel reporting to drive risk and compliance decisions.

The role emphasizes data quality, cross-source validation, and collaboration with data teams, leveraging Jira, Power BI, and scripting to automate reporting and strengthen governance

Qualifications

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills with pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis, reconciliations, and executive reporting.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret large datasets and communicate findings to leadership.
• Experience building governance reporting, operational metrics, scorecards, dashboards, and performance measurements.
• Hands-on SQL with Oracle, including joins, window functions, CTEs, and performance-conscious optimization.
• Experience validating and reconciling data across multiple sources for completeness and accuracy.
• Knowledge of governance, risk management, controls, audit support, or process oversight in large enterprises.
• Understanding of process management, documentation, compliance monitoring, issue tracking, and remediation management.
• Familiarity with Agile and Jira for work tracking and governance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational, adoption, and governance metrics to identify trends, risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Transform large datasets into reporting, dashboards, and executive-ready insights for governance and decision-making.
• Develop and maintain advanced Excel reporting, including pivot tables, lookups, trend analysis, reconciliations, and management packages.
• Establish repeatable governance controls, data quality assessments, sampling, reconciliations, and exception management processes.
• Monitor process adherence, track KPIs, and report on policy, standards, and governance outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders and data teams to investigate discrepancies, drive remediation, and resolve governance findings.
• Support audit, risk, and compliance through analysis, documentation, evidence gathering, and reporting.
• Contribute to governance frameworks, data quality standards, control documentation, reporting methodologies, and release readiness criteria.
