Job summary

BCforward is seeking a Project Manager to support their client’s Business Insights & Analytics team in Indianapolis, with hybrid work arrangements. The role emphasizes strong project and program operations, governance, and cross-functional coordination to drive milestone delivery and compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge and experience with project management, including milestone planning and issue/risk management.
• Proven collaboration skills to work across projects and influence program-wide decisions.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to maintain a program roadmap and establish standards and processes for in-scope workstreams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Drive management and tracking to milestones, aligning scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Create and manage meeting agendas, facilitate status meetings, and gather agenda items from team members.
• Manage calendar invites and ensure newly needed attendees are included.
• Identify and track project tasks, issues, and risks to closure, escalating appropriately.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and templates to enhance quality and expedite delivery of therapeutic processes and products.
• Support execution and implement best-practice governance of meetings, including note taking, content development, and action item tracking.
• Collaborate, provide support, and communicate with client Project Managers, Project Owners in multiple therapeutic areas, and third-party suppliers.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Compliance, Privacy, and functional reviewers.
• Partner with stakeholders to obtain project approval, including coordinating supplier proposal reviews and releases.
• Obtain and manage Purchase Orders by submitting requests in SAP after accounting information is provided, and notifying Project Owners upon receipt.
• Meet Compliance by submitting requirements to suppliers and coordinating cross-functional reviews to secure approvals.
• Upload all final deliverables to SPARK and close projects and associated Purchase Orders.
