UNFI is seeking an IT Principal Architect - Retail to lead end-to-end enterprise architecture for merchandising, pricing, inventory, and store operations. The role shapes target-state architectures, investment roadmaps, and governance to deliver measurable business outcomes.

The position is hybrid, on-site in Edina, MN two days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays), with collaboration across business and technology leadership to align strategy with execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field with architecture experience.
• Preferred TOGAF, cloud architecture certification, or equivalent demonstrated experience.
• Experience leading enterprise, platform, domain, or solution architecture in large, integrated environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead the enterprise architecture strategy and target-state roadmap for merchandising, pricing, inventory, vendor, promotion, store operations, and related retail capabilities.
• Partner with executive leadership and stakeholders to translate goals into capabilities, investments, and architectural direction.
• Define and govern the retail application portfolio strategy, modernization, consolidation, and retirement of platforms.
