UNFI is seeking an IT Portfolio Manager – Retail to oversee the retail project portfolio, budgets, schedules and deliverables. You will partner with project managers to ensure SDLC best practices are followed and that plans and milestones are clear.

This hybrid role requires two on-site days per week in Edina, MN (Tuesdays and Thursdays). The ideal candidate has 10+ years PM experience leading large portfolios, with PMP or equivalent certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or finance.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in project management.
• Experience leading large portfolio and project teams.

Responsabilités

• Provides reporting to the retail CIO around projects and budgets to support decision making.
• Uses the SDLC to create and execute project work plans and revises as needed.
• Develops milestones and time boxing of work.
• Determines resources needs and allocates resources accordingly.
• Manages delivery with urgency, while holding teams to estimates.
• Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and required artifacts.
• Applies project methodology and gating processes while streamlining delivery.
• Minimizes exposure and risk on project and ensures appropriate action.
• Resolves and escalates issues to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Ensures project documents are complete, current, and stored properly.
• Manages timelines and forecasts to completion.
• Meticulously maintains project budget and forecasts.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
