Job summary

E-Logic, Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Junior PM) to support IT project delivery for the USCP Office of Information Systems in Washington, DC.

The role operates in a PMO environment, coordinating requirements, refining user stories, and tracking progress across teams. The contractor will work under the Prime Contractor for HR matters while receiving direction from the COR and OIS leadership, participating in Agile ceremonies and maintaining cross-team communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of admin, coordination, or project support experience.
• Experience supporting IT projects preferred.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, workflows, and tools.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement in JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Assist with sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT planning, documentation, and coordination activities as needed.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and update project materials including schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.
• Coordinate project meetings, capture meeting notes, and follow up on actions.
• Support milestone tracking, timeline updates, and dependency monitoring under PMO direction.
• Assist with PMO governance activities, including risk and issue tracking and routing documents for review/approval.
• Provide communication support by drafting stakeholder updates and reporting inputs.
• Perform general PMO support such as data entry, project record maintenance, and logistics coordination.
