Job summary

E Logic is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator (Junior PM) to support IT project delivery within the USCP Office of Information Systems. The role operates in a PMO environment, facilitating requirements gathering, backlog management, and coordination across stakeholders, developers, and project managers.

Reporting within a Prime Contractor structure, the contractor will support Agile and Waterfall ceremonies, maintain documentation, and assist with governance activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required and 5+ years of admin/coordination/project support experience.
• Familiarity with project management concepts, workflows, and IT project support preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience using collaboration/workflow tools: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Teams Planner, Planner Premium.

Responsibilities

• Support requirements gathering, user story development, acceptance criteria, and backlog refinement in JIRA and Teams Planner.
• Assist with sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies.
• Support UAT planning and coordination activities as needed.
• Maintain project documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, Teams, or similar platforms.
• Prepare and update schedules, agendas, status reports, and action logs.
• Coordinate meetings, capture notes, and follow up on actions.
• Support milestone tracking, timeline updates, and risk/issue routing.
