Qualifications

• Database queries, reporting, and system monitoring.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• College courses or degree in Computer Science.
• 2+ related work experience in lieu of degree.
• 1+ years Credit Union or Banking processing experience.
• IBM systems knowledge preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.

Responsibilities

• Ensures daily Job Processing on the Core Processor to support business objectives.
• Monitors daily, weekly, monthly processes across enterprise applications.
• Escalates issues to senior engineering staff and IT management.
• Provides on-call support to the Desert Financial Credit Union enterprise.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
