Job summary

Northeast Bank seeks an experienced IT Manager to provide hands-on leadership for technology operations, infrastructure, cloud services, and information security. You will manage staff and vendors, drive automation, and ensure secure, reliable service across on‑premises, hosted, SaaS, and cloud environments including core banking apps and Microsoft 365.

The role requires strong technical ownership, effective communication, incident response, and collaboration with business units and leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT/CS, Information Systems, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive IT operations, infrastructure, or security leadership.
• Experience managing IT staff, vendors, and complex projects in a regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff across infrastructure, applications, security, and operations.
• Oversee on-premises, hosted, SaaS, and cloud environments for reliability and security.
• Drive automation, scripting, and IaC to improve efficiency and controls.
• Coordinate with vendors and IT leadership to manage risk, audits, and incidents.
• Provide clear updates during incidents, outages, and major projects.
• Support disaster recovery, business continuity, and regulatory exams.
