Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience on complex multi-site, routed networks running SD-WAN, dynamic routing protocols, advanced Layer 2 switching, and VoIP.
• Ability to balance ticketed requests and project work – communications of commitments is essential.

Responsibilities

• Configure, operate, and monitor network components such as SD-WAN devices, internal and external firewalls, IDS/IPS systems, proxies, and load balancers.
• Support on-premises equipment in a complex environment with redundancy across multiple datacenters.
• Configure connectivity to cloud IaaS (Azure and AWS) including VPNs and virtual networks.
• Remediate vulnerabilities and align device security with CIS standards.
• Participate in network architectural design and development.
