Job summary

CyberCoders seeks an experienced Network Manager to lead enterprise network and infrastructure operations. This hands-on role combines technical leadership with day-to-day engineering responsibilities, designing, implementing, troubleshooting, and optimizing network services across multiple sites.

The successful candidate will oversee a small team of Network Engineers/Administrators, manage Cisco switches/routers/firewalls, SD-WAN, and cloud integrations (Azure/Entra ID).

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive experience in network administration, engineering, and infrastructure support, including leadership.
• Experience leading a team of Network Administrators.
• Hands-on Cisco networking experience with switches/routers/firewalls.
• CCNA required; CCNP or higher certification is a plus.
• Experience with Azure and hybrid cloud environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Active Directory/Entra ID and Windows Server.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of Network Engineers/Administrators while remaining actively involved in technical operations.
• Manage enterprise network infrastructure across sites including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless, SD-WAN, VPN, VoIP, and internet connectivity.
• Install, configure, and support network hardware such as Cisco devices and wireless controllers.
• Design, deploy, monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize secure network solutions across locations.
• Administer network security, IDS/IPS, access controls, and vulnerability remediation.
• Monitor performance, capacity, utilization, throughput, and latency; resolve issues proactively.
• Lead infrastructure upgrades, site migrations, and network expansion projects.
• Support hybrid cloud environments (Azure, Entra ID) and cloud networking.
• Maintain inventories, topology diagrams, policies, and vendor relationships.
• Participate in disaster recovery, business continuity testing, and after-hours rotations.
• Collaborate with business leaders and vendors to ensure reliable operations.
