Job summary

Belco Community Credit Union is seeking an Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, secure, and support our enterprise network and cloud infrastructure in a hybrid Harrisburg-based role.

You will manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DHCP, and security, while supporting Hyper‑V, Windows Server, and M365 services. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree and at least five years in IT, with strong network operations and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of IT experience.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, switching and network security.
• Experience with backups, disaster recovery and business continuity planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 2/3 support for network and infrastructure issues.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.
• Plan for redundancy, failover, and disaster recovery testing to maximize uptime.
• Administer Hyper‑V and Windows Server, including patching and backups.
• Support M365 services including Exchange, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Entra ID (Azure AD).
