This is a highly visible role that reports directly to executive leadership and offers the opportunity to build processes, influence technology decisions, and drive operational improvements across the organization. **POSITION SUMMARY** The IT Manager will oversee all day-to-day technology operations, infrastructure, cybersecurity initiatives, user support, and business systems administration. As the primary IT resource, this individual will be responsible for solving technical issues, implementing best practices, improving security, and ensuring employees have the tools they need to be successful. This role requires a self-sufficient and resourceful technology professional who thrives in a hands-on environment.
