Job summary

Affinity Group is seeking an IT Director to lead day‑to‑day technology across a hybrid, multi‑office environment. You will oversee IT operations, security, vendor relations, and technology roadmaps for the Food Service and Retail divisions.

You will manage a team and partner with senior leaders to plan capacity and growth, while adhering to policy and driving automation. The role requires strong communication and hands‑on experience with Microsoft ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field or equivalent hands‑on experience.
• Experience managing IT operations, systems administration, or a help desk/support function.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day IT operations across all offices.
• Lead IT help desk function and track issues.
• Administer core business systems and platforms, coordinating upgrades.
• Implement data security, backup, and disaster recovery practices.
• Manage vendor relationships and third‑party risk.
• Plan and track IT budget and hardware/software purchases.
• Lead technology rollouts and training.
• Govern AI tools and automation per policy.
• Collaborate with leaders to define IT roadmap and growth.
• Document processes and train employees on tools and security.
