Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise infrastructure and operations leadership.
• Experience shaping infrastructure strategy to enable digital transformation.
• MSP management including SLA oversight and escalation handling.
• Hands-on with Windows Server, AD/Entra ID, Azure, Intune, SQL Server, Oracle, Hyper-V, RDS, SD-WAN.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the enterprise infrastructure roadmap to support growth and cloud transformation.
• Lead projects for system installations, upgrades, migrations, and retirements.
• Drive cloud adoption, migrations to Azure and Entra ID, and evaluate cloud solutions.
• Ensure high availability, incident leadership, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Oversee 24x7 support and MSP relationships; monitor SLAs and vendor performance.
