The role requires 7+ years in infrastructure, 5+ years leading teams, and strong cloud, security, and governance skills. Hybrid work, local to Re:Build locations, is offered with focus on collaboration and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience required.
• 7+ years designing, building, supporting, and troubleshooting enterprise infrastructure.
• 5+ years leading and managing infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the infrastructure team to deliver secure, scalable systems.
• Oversee day-to-day infrastructure operations and incident management.
• Design and review infrastructure architectures with business-aligned approach.
• Drive continuous improvement in people, processes, and systems with data-driven methods.
• Define infrastructure metrics and runbooks; maintain SOPs and knowledge base.
