Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions is seeking a Sr. Infrastructure Engineer to design, implement, and support hybrid IT/OT infrastructure across manufacturing plants, logistics sites, and corporate operations in Austin, TX.

You will ensure uptime for production-critical services, including SCADA/ICS connectivity, virtualization, and cloud integration. Responsibilities include managing Windows Server services, network optimization, and secure OT connectivity, with collaboration across Cybersecurity and

Qualifications

• 7+ years of infrastructure engineering experience in systems/network roles, preferably in industrial, energy, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong networking fundamentals across switching/routing, VLANs, firewalls, VPN, and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on Windows Server administration with patching and hardening.
• Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V) and storage/backup integration.
• Experience delivering site/plant deployments (racks/cabinets, circuits, redundancy, remote operations).

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support hybrid IT/OT infrastructure across plants, logistic sites, and corporate environments.
• Engineer and support network infrastructure including secure OT connectivity and VLANs/firewalls/VPN.
• Manage Windows Server services (AD/DNS/DHCP/GPO) with patching and hardening.
• Maintain virtualization environments and storage/backup; plan capacity and lifecycle.
• Administer Azure infrastructure for identity integration, VNets, routing, compute/storage, monitoring, and backup.
