Job summary

Rose International is seeking an IT Help Desk Technician Level 1 | Windows Support to support Portsmouth, NH users in a hybrid environment. The role focuses on Level 1 Windows OS troubleshooting, hardware/software issues, and network connectivity, with two onsite days per week and flexible shifts.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in customer service and technical support, a high school diploma, and strong communication skills. Training is provided; project work may vary.

Qualifications

• Experience providing Level 1 technical support and troubleshooting Windows operating systems (2+ yrs).
• Experience in troubleshooting Windows operating systems, PC hardware/software, network connectivity (2+ yrs).
• Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as single point of contact for resolving technology-related issues via phone, email, or web.
• Document customer requests in the incident tracking system.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for low- to medium-complexity issues.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve technical problems; update knowledge base.
• Ensure adherence to policies and procedures and professional conduct.
