Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for technology-related support via phone, email, and web channels.
• Document incidents, requests, and resolutions in the tracking system.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for low to medium complexity issues.
• Troubleshoot network, email, OS, hardware, software, and business apps.
• Assist users with application functionality and usage questions.
• Maintain and update the knowledge base with solutions.
