Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer-related discipline required or equivalent.
• Current IT certifications (CompTIA A+, CCNA, Microsoft Fundamentals, etc.) preferred.
• Knowledge of database concepts and practices a plus; Citrix and Virtual Environments preferred.
• Ability to assess issues and determine priority; willingness to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Track help desk requests and ensure closure in a timely manner.
• Assist with hardware installations and software deployments.
• Collaborate with team to support onsite and remote users.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
