Qualifications

• Experience coordinating multiple projects and workstreams.
• Ability to translate requests into clear requirements.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and escalation points.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Experience documenting requirements and timelines.
• Proficiency with SharePoint and project tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project intake requests from submission through execution readiness.
• Schedule and facilitate intake meetings with stakeholders.
• Gather, document, validate requirements, assumptions, dependencies, and risks.
• Ensure project requests include information needed for successful execution.
• Track milestones, deliverables, timelines, and status updates.
• Assist Senior Project Managers with planning and execution.
• Support cross-functional coordination among technology, operations, vendor, and construction teams.
