Cyber Advisors is seeking a focused Project Coordinator to support IT and cybersecurity project work in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area.

You will coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, and communications across multiple client engagements, ensuring tasks have owners and risks are surfaced early. The role requires 1–3 years of project coordination experience, excellent organizational and writing skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams, vendors, and clients to keep projects

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in IT project coordination, project administration, or project support.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume coordination work with accuracy and follow-through.
• Ability to coordinate schedules, milestones, resources, risks, and deadlines across multiple projects.
• Strong writing and communication skills for client emails and leadership updates.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with planning and coordinating IT and cybersecurity projects, including schedules, milestones, and budgets.
• Track deliverables, risks, issues, and action items across client engagements.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and status updates in project tools.
• Prepare meeting notes, reports, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate client-facing project activities, including kickoff meetings and weekly check-ins.
• Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and customers to keep work moving forward.
• Monitor workflows to ensure reviews and approvals are completed on time.
