Job summary
Alpha Omega is seeking a Business Analyst to support an IT portfolio within a PMO. The role requires collaboration with multiple teams to review control data, create dashboards, and lead efforts to improve IT delivery and security. A strong emphasis on SDLC, cloud solutions, and stakeholder communication is noted.
The position is hybrid with minimum on-site requirements in the National Capital Region. Applicants must be US citizens with DHS Public Trust EOD and Secret clearance or higher
Qualifications
- Up to 10 years of BA experience.
- Experience using Jira and Confluence.
- Strong communication and ability to work with varied stakeholders.
- Knowledge of SDLC/SELC and cloud solutions.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports for control adherence.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with teams to review control data and identify IT delivery improvements.
- Create dashboards and reports showing control adherence and improvement opportunities.
- Lead meetings with stakeholders and manage SharePoint sites.
- Decompose large initiatives into smaller requirements.
- Document requirements and present to stakeholders for feedback.
- Recommend technologies to improve IT security, quality and efficiency.
