Alpha Omega Integration in Arlington, VA is seeking a Data Analyst for a long-term Federal project supporting the 287(g) program. Hybrid work arrangement with on-site presence required.

You will manage Power Automate workflows, convert PDF forms to JSON via Python, perform daily data quality audits, ensure PII/CUI security, and produce operational dashboards with Tableau and Excel. DHS background check required; US citizen.

Qualifications

• Advanced Power Automate and Python skills for data extraction and workflow automation.
• Experience with SharePoint lists, Tableau visualizations, and Excel-based reports.
• Proven handling of PII/CUI per federal security protocols with encrypted workflows.
• 2+ years as a Data Analyst in a regulated environment.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders at varied levels.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox monitoring, PDF staging, and automated record creation.
• Use Python-based extraction to convert raw PDF forms into standardized JSON records and normalize field mapping for ingestion.
• Run daily data quality audits to reconcile discrepancies and troubleshoot JSON ingestion.
• Maintain source-of-truth accuracy in a regulated environment.
• Initiate and submit background investigation packets for 287(g) programs.
• Verify documents for completeness and signature validity.
• Ensure PII/CUI security during handling and transmission of packets.
• Maintain Tableau dashboards and Excel trackers; flag stale cases to federal leads.
• Monitor emails, validate course eligibility, and update Pass/Fail in SharePoint.
• Generate and distribute recurring and ad-hoc reports using Excel datasets.
