Job summary

Moog Inc. is seeking a Systems Analyst for Enterprise Applications to analyze, implement, and continuously improve our enterprise application portfolio.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, solution architects, and development teams to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. The hybrid position requires onsite presence at Moog's East Aurora, NY headquarters with regular Buffalo-region work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or related discipline.
• Five (5) or more years of experience implementing and supporting enterprise applications, and performing systems analysis, business systems analysis, or related functions.
• Hands‑on experience applying knowledge of SQL and data analysis techniques to analyze data and troubleshoot application and data issues.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements.
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes.

Responsibilities

• Enterprise Application Analysis & Support: Support the implementation, enhancement, maintenance, and optimization of enterprise business applications.
• Systems Integration & Data Analysis: Analyze system interfaces, integration requirements, and data flows between enterprise applications.
• Business Process Analysis & Requirements Management: Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to understand operational challenges, business objectives, and process improvement opportunities.
• Continuous Improvement & Modernization: Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology; support modernization and SDLC activities.
