Job summary

Qualifications

• Five (5) years of experience in IT operations support, programming or another IT related support area.
• Two (2) years of the General Experience must have been performing basic technical support work in areas such as installing and maintaining basic computer hardware and software.

Responsibilities

• Supports and maintains public-facing CMS and digital service applications.
• Administers, configures, and troubleshoots web applications and PHP-based systems.
• Plans, tests, and implements upgrades, patches, and new releases.
• Collaborates with users, vendors, and technical teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
• Develops and maintains online forms, workflows, and digital processes.
