Job summary

The State of Connecticut Department of Administrative Services (DAS), Bureau of Information Technology Solutions (BITS) Agency Success team seeks an Information Technology Analyst 1 to support CT Department Veterans Affairs (CTDVA). The role focuses on day-to-day operations of clinical applications, planning upgrades, and supporting system performance.

Location is Rocky Hill, CT. This full-time, first-shift, hybrid position may include telework per policy.

Qualifications

• Five years of IT operations support or related IT experience.
• Two years of basic technical support experience in help desk, hardware/software, data communications, or related areas.

• Support and maintain enterprise healthcare and clinical applications.
• Plan, test, and deploy application upgrades and patches.
