U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced professional to oversee the Operations issue test planning and the timely completion of testing. You will lead aligned resources, execute validation activities, and review final results to ensure risk controls are effective and sustainable.

The role requires strong collaboration with stakeholders, sharp attention to detail, and exceptional communication. Hybrid schedule with in-office presence expected several days per week and flexibility for remote work as

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically more than eight years of applicable experience
• Experience validating remediation activities and regulatory matters
• Ability to develop and execute validation testing strategies
• Experience assessing control design and operating effectiveness
• Understanding of issue management lifecycles, root cause analysis, corrective action plans
• Prior management/leadership experience
• Experience preparing audit-defensible testing documentation and reports
• Experience in internal/external audit, consulting, or independent validation
• Ability to challenge stakeholders and influence outcomes
• Experience with risk and controls in operational processes and technology solutions
• Project management experience and ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations issue test planning and timely testing completion, guiding aligned resources
