Qualifications

• Four years post-secondary education required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field.
• Major in technical field, journalism, communications or English.
• 5–7 years of related experience in technical writing or IT documentation.
• Experience with IT environments (networks, servers, OS, security, programming, databases).
• Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 9001 desirable; HITRUST/NIST/ITIL desirable.
• RoboHelp experience is a plus.
• Engineering, computer science, healthcare, or medicine as a technical background is valued.

Responsibilities

• Develop IS technical, end-user and operational documentation.
• Conduct interviews and research departmental processes and configurations.
• Create original documentation from scratch with user-focused content.
• Develop and maintain master IS documentation inventory.
• Collaborate with vendors to gather technical information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
