The role is hybrid, with two onsite days per week at the Wallingford, CT office. The candidate will gather information through interviews, translate complex IT content into clear manuals, and collaborate with the IS team to support department goals and compliance standards.

Qualifikationen

• Four years post-secondary education required.
• Associate’s Degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Majors include technical field, journalism, communications, or English.
• 5 to 7 years' related experience in technical writing or IT documentation.
• Experience with IT documentation standards desirable, such as 21 CFR Part 11 and ISO 9001.

• Develop IS technical, end-user, and operational documentation.

• Transform complex technical information into clear, user-focused content.
• Develop and maintain an inventory of IS documentation and processes.
• Coordinate with external vendors to gather technical information.
